| Q: |
What exactly is broadband fixed wireless technology? |
| A: |
Fixed wireless broadband or broadband wireless access(BWA) technology provides high speed Internet access without cable, fiber optic or phone line connections. Wireless internet hardware consists of a wireless radio that connects to your computer or network router and an antenna that point toward the wireless tower. Data is transmitted wirelessly allowing for two-way transmission of data, voice and video. We connect directly to the Tier 1 fiber lines giving you a straight throughput without the local loop. |

| Q: |
How does WiVo provide Internet connectivity? |
| A: |
WiVo installs a small integrated transceiver (about the size of a laptop computer) on the roof or side of your building. The antenna, called a Subscriber Unit, is directed at our Point of Presence(PoP) establishing your wireless Internet connection. |

| Q: |
How fast is the download time with a WiVo connection? |
| A: |
Unlike DSL and Cable, the WiVo connection is directly comparable to a wired T1 service which provides a consistent 1.5 Mbps (megabit per second) connection. The T1 is the choice for serious bandwidth users because its performance is not dependent on the number of users on the network. That is why cable connections talk about speeds "up to" some speed. They cannot guarantee the speed you will get because it is dependant on the number of users on their network sharing your bandwidth at the time. WiVo guarantees through-put, latency, and packet loss. If you want more bandwidth, WiVo can turn it up in real time to over10 Mbps, which is more than 4 T1s combined. Beyond that, WiVo offers T3, OC3 and Gigabit connections. |

|
| Q: |
Will it take longer to upload my files using WiVo's network? |
| A: |
Most businesses upload as many files as they download. DSL and Cable transmissions are not symmetrical. Uploading a file using DSL, a cable connection or a dial-up account, would take considerable longer to upload than to download. WiVo's network features symmetrical download and upload speeds, so you can upload your files just as fast as you can download them. |

|
| Q: |
How fast can you install a Subscriber Unit at my business? |
| A: |
Installation will occur within 5-10 days from the initial order date for qualified customers within established service areas. |
| |
|
| Q: |
What equipment will I need? |
| A: |
You will need a computer or network router with a network interface card. |
| |
|
| Q: |
Do I need line-of-sight to connect to WiVo? |
| A: |
You need a near line of sight connection. Since our service covers a given area you do not need exact line of sight. |
| |
|
| Q: |
What about security, can my data be intercepted? |
| A: |
WiVo considers security very highly. We use WEP encryption of 128bits. This encrypts all data traveling in the air. |
| |
|
| Q: |
Does rain or other weather conditions affect service? |
| A: |
No, WiVo's service is not affected by weather. The wavelength is too large and is transparent to rain, snow, fog and sleet. Our fast growing list of customers will attest to this! |
| |
|
| Q: |
As my business grows and our broadband needs increase, can I change my Internet connection speed? |
| A: |
Yes. When you visit WiVo's Customer Care Web Site you can increase your bandwidth in real time, anytime. |
| |
|
| Q: |
DSL is not available in our current location. Will that prevent our company from getting WiVo's service? |
| A: |
No. WiVo doesn't use landline connections at your site so we are not constrained in offering our service based on the availability of those facilities. |
| |
|
| Q: |
What are the other differences between WiVo's service and DSL or cable? |
| A: |
Cable's quality of service depends on the number of users on the network. A cable connection will slow down with each additional user on the network. WiVo guarantees quality of service. DSL quality of service depends on your distance from their Service Location. While DSL can take weeks or months to install, WiVo can have your service installed within 5-10 days. |
| |
|
| Q: |
What fees are involved in becoming a subscriber to the WiVo network? |
| A: |
WiVo's network does not utilize phone or data lines, so the only charges you will incur will be a one time installation fee and monthly connection charge based on your bandwidth requirements. |
| |
|
| Q: |
This is expensive compared to dialup, is it worth it? |
| A: |
Our service is very reasonable compared to other high speed internet services. Our pricing easily compares to cable and DSL and is much more competitive than even higher bandwidth options i.e T1's. |
| |
|
| Q: |
What other services does WiVo's network support? |
| A: |
WiVo's network supports VPNs, VOIP and video streaming services. In essence, WiVo's network can support any service that can be delivered over a wired network between Cisco Routers. |
| |
|
| Q: |

| |
| Q: |
I hear about Cable/DSL all the time, why not Wireless? |
