Our pricing is super simple: it is always $60 for however much laundry you add to your Gowivo bag.

We want to provide you with a service where you always know what to expect as far as service and price.

No complicated pricing. No counting pounds of laundry. No delivery fees. No hidden costs. No BS, just great service!

Download the app and create an account by entering some basic info.

Once you create your account, go to the menu in the app and request your FREE Gowivo laundry bag.

It will arrive in a plain white box right to your door in 24 hours or less.

Ordering couldn't be easier. Just add any laundry you want washed to the Gowivo laundry bag and set it outside (bag must be able to close using drawstring at the  top). Then, go to the app and tap the green "pick-up" button and confirm payment.

That's it, we will be on our way to pick it up and take it to be washed, dried and folded.

You can create orders 24 hours a day; however, pick-up and drop-off times are between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

If you create an order after 5:00pm your laundry will be picked up next day early.

Orders always return within 24 hours of being picked-up.

Place your bag outside by your front door and we will pick it up without bothering you, or you can keep it inside and we will knock and get it from you.

Make sure you have push notifications enabled, so you can receive updates such as: when we are on our way, when your bag has been picked-up, and when it has been dropped back off at your place.

Our normal turnaround time is 24 hours or less. We encourage our customers to tap "pick-up" before 10:00am for orders that need to be back next day early.

Just think your everyday laundry. This includes pretty much any regular everyday clothes that DO NOT require special care. Other things you can send include towels, dish cloths, pillow cases, bed sheets, light blankets and such. Pretty much anything that is ok with a regular wash on cold, a tumble dry, and a fold.

What NOT to send are things that require special care. Like high-end clothing, dress shirts, dresses, and any other delicate clothing. We put ALL laundry through a cold wash and a tumble dry. NEVER send anything that the manufacturer label says requires dry cleaning or special care of any kind.

We like to keep things simple. Here is a list of things we will NOT process and you will get back unwashed. This in NOT a comprehensive list.
